Making glitter look more effective

By the addition of a base colour, the glitter can stand out a lot more, making it look much more professional. 

Step 1: paint your nails in a bright base colour, I chose white.

Step 2: wait for it to dry then pain over it in your glitter polish. I used rimmel I love lasting finish in shade 500 disco ball. The white really brings out the glitter, otherwise it wouldn't be very noticeable.
